DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on sending the appeal by New Azerbaijani Party to Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 and Zagatala Con.EC # 110

As CEC defined that the investigation of the appeal is within the competence of relevant Con.ECs, by considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by New Azerbaijani Party, and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by New Azerbaijani Party shall be sent to Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 and Zagatala Con.EC # 110 on determination according to the rule and time defined by law.
