DECISION
of Central Election Commission

on the repudiation of the appeals by Elchin Saday oghlu Ahadov and Mardan Bashir oghlu Ganiyev because of their groundlessness

By considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Elchin Saday oghlu Ahadov and Mardan Bashir oghlu Ganiyev, registered candidates on Jalilabad-Masalli-Bilasuvar Con.EC # 69 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals by Elchin Saday oghlu Ahadov and Mardan Bashir oghlu Ganiyev shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
