DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeal by Ilkin Mustafayev because of its groundlessness
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Ilkin Mustafayev, authorized representative of Elnura Shaban gizi Madatova, registered candidate on Zagatala Con.EC # 110 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Ilkin Mustafayev shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
