By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Dunyamali Amir oghlu Valiyev, registered candidate on Binagadi second Con.EC # 9 in re-elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
