By considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Elfrida Jalil gizi Allahverdiyeva and Muzaffar Idris oghlu Aliyev and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals by Elfrida Jalil gizi Allahverdiyeva and Muzaffar Idris oghlu Aliyev shall be sent to Gadabay Con.EC # 103 on their determination for the consideration in the order and time defined by law.
