on sending the following appeal to Zagatala Constituency

By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Lale Saleh oghlu Sulkhayev and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Lale Saleh oghlu Sulkhayev shall be sent to Zagatala Con.EC # 110 on its determination for the consideration in the order and time defined by law.
