DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeals by Polad Museyib oghlu Maharramov and Mirmahmud Mirali oghlu Fattayev, registered candidates because of the groundlessness of the appeals
By considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Polad Museyib oghlu Maharramov and Mirmahmud Mirali oghlu Fattayev, registered candidates on Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 in repeat elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals by Polad Museyib oghlu Maharramov and Mirmahmud Mirali oghlu Fattayev shall be repudiated because of the groundlessness of the appeals.
