DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on depriving Lale Shovkat Hajiyeva of deputy mandate
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 28.4,
175.3, 176.1 and 176.3 of Election Code of the
Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
Lale Shovkat Hajiyeva, deputy elected to third
call Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan
from Yasamal third Con.EC # 17 in elections conducted
on Novemebr 6, 2005 shall be deprived of deputy
mandate pursuant to item # 5 of the first part
of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Republic
of Azerbaijan.
