DECISION

on the repudiation of the appeal by Nasiman Gara oghlu Yagublu because of its groundlessness

By considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Nasiman Gara oghlu Yagublu, Araz Mammad Mubariz oghlu Alizade, Yusif Mammadali oghlu Sevdimaliyev and Aytan Aydin gizi Gurbanova who nominated their candidacy to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Sumgait-Absheron Con.EC # 44 and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals by Nasiman Gara oghlu Yagublu and others shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
