DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending the appeal by Bakhtiyar Shaban oghlu Aghayev to Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Bakhtiyar Shaban oghlu Aghayev and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Bakhtiyar Shaban oghlu Aghayev shall be sent to Zagatala Con.EC # 110 on determination for the consideration in the order and time defined by law.
