DECISION

on sending the appeal by Yegane Saftar gizi Amiraslanova to Gadabay Constituency Election Commission # 103
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
The appeal by Yegane Saftar gizi Amiraslanova shall be sent to Gadabay Con.EC # 103 on determination for the consideration in the order and time defined by law.
