DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeal by Magsud Novruzov related to inactivity of Surakhani Constituency Election Commission # 31 and sending that appeal to Surakhani Constituency Election Commission # 31
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Magsud Novruzov, authorized representative of Ayaz Panah oghlu Rustamov who nominated his candidacy on Surakhani second Con.EC # 31 to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
- The part of the appeal by Magsud Novruzov which concerns the inactivity of Surakhani Con.EC # 31 shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
- The other part of the appeal shall be sent to Surakhani second Con.EC # 31 on determination.
