DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the consideration of the action of Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110 illegal related to appeal by Ilkin Mustafayev, dated on April 25, 2006 and sending that appeal entered CEC to Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Ilkin Mustafayev, authorized representative of Elnura Shaban gizi Madatova who nominated her candidacy on Zagatala Con.EC # 110 to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
- The action of Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110 related to the appeal of Ilkin Mustafayev, dated on April 25, 2006 shall be considered illegal.
- The appeal submitted to CEC by Ilkin Mustafayev shall be sent to Zagatala Con.EC # 110 on determination in the order and time defined by law.
