DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeals by Adil Gadim oghlu Hajimadayev related to inactivity of Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110
By considering the appeals submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Adil Gadim oghlu Hajimadayev and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeals by Adil Gadim oghlu Hajimadayev related to inactivity of Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110 shall be repudiated as they were not justified.
