DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeal by Vasif Movsumov because of its groundlessness
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Vasif Movsumov pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Vasif Movsumov shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
