DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the annul of the decision by Zagatala Constituency Election Commission # 110 about candidate Hikmat Ismail oghlu Atayev, dated on March 28, 2006 and on sending of the appeal to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.2.22, 28.4, 112.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides:
- Decision by Zagatala Constituency Election Comission #110 about candidate Hikmat Ismail oghlu Atayev, dated on March 28, 2006 shall be annulled.
- Appeal by Hikmat Ismail oghlu Atayev, candidate of Zagatala Con.EC #110 shall be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office on the determination for the investigation.
