DECISION

on the repudiation of the appeal by Alikram Muzaffar oghlu Alekberov because of its groundlessness

By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Alikram Muzaffar oghlu Alekberov who nominated his candidacy to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Surakhani second Con.EC # 31and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Alikram Muzaffar oghlu Alekberov shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
