DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the repudiation of the appeal by Nadir Sabir oghlu Rzayev because of its groundlessness
By considering the appeal submitted to Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) by Nadir Sabir oghlu Rzayev who nominated his candidacy to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Sumgayit second Con.EC # 42 and pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.2, 28.4 and 112.9 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, CEC decides:
The appeal by Nadir Sabir oghlu Rzayev shall be repudiated because of its groundlessness.
