Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on sending
the materials with the probability of crime determined
as the result of investigation by CEC to the Prosecutor’s
Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan for investigation
Central Election Commission of
the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant
to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.4 and 112.4 of Election
Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles
3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement
of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
dated on May 27, 2003:
The materials with the probability of crime determined
as the result of investigation by CEC (copies
of the protocols by Precinct Election Commissions
on the voting results of precincts # 9, 21 and
27 of Yasamal first Con.EC # 15, precincts # 9,
11, 13, 14, 19, 21, 34, 37 and 38 of Sumgayit
third Con.EC # 43, precincts # 12, 13, 17 and
19 of Sumgayit-Absheron Con.EC # 44, precincts
# 35 and 36 of Absheron Con.EC # 45, precincts
# 49 and 51 of Davachi-Siyazan Con.EC # 54, precincts
# 25 and 34 of Astara Con.EC # 77, precincts #
19, 23 and 28 of Tartar Con.EC # 95, precincts
# 7 and 30 of Gadabay Con.EC # 103 and precincts
# 10 and 20 of Zangilan-Gubadli Con.EC # 125)
shall be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of the
Republic of Azerbaijan for investigation.
