on adding the words “USSR Passport and form # 9” after the words “temporary ID card of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan” to the first item of “List of the identification documents used in the voting by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and persons without citizenship who have the right to participate in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decision # 32/148 of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on October 5, 2005

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
The words “USSR Passport and form # 9” shall be added after the words “temporary ID card of the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan” to the first item of “List of the identification documents used in the voting by the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and persons without citizenship who have the right to participate in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decision # 32/148 of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on October 5, 2005.
