Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
Instruction on the rules for the consideration of complaints and appeals entered election commissions related to suffrage violation shall be approved.
