on the approval of Instruction “on the rules for marking the fingers of voters who got ballot papers with invisible ink on the voting day in third call Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted
on November 6, 2005”

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 50.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
Instruction “on the rules for marking the fingers of voters who got ballot papers with invisible ink on the voting day in third call Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted on November 6, 2005” shall be approved.
