on the inking of voters fingers on the voting day in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 25.3 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
Pursuant to the Recommendation in the item # 2.1 of the Order by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on urgent activities related to the preparation and conduct of Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated on October 25, 2005, ink shall be used to mark the voters’ fingers on the voting day in third call Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan appointed on November 6, 2005.
