on drawing a line on the information about candidates who withdrew their candidacies or their registration were canceled or political parties, political party blocs in the ballot papers by Constituency or Precinct Election Commission after the preparation of ballot papers and location of this information, as well as the relevant information on appendices and changes made to the information about the registered candidates, political parties or political party blocs included in the published ballot paper on the information badge of Precinct Election Commission

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.4 and 99.10 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
After the preparation of ballot papers, by drawing a line on the information about candidates who withdrew their candidacies or their registration were canceled or political party, political party blocs in the ballot papers by Constituency or Precinct Election Commission, the relevant information on appendices and changes made to the information about the registered candidates, political parties or political party blocs included in the published ballot paper shall be located on the information badge of the Precinct Election Commission.
