Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:

Statement of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be adopted.
