on the indication of the emblem of the political party and political party bloc nominated candidate in the information about registered independent candidates or candidates the party affiliation of who has not been indicated in ballot papers pursuant to Article 54 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.4, 51.3 and 166.3 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
The emblem of the political party and political party bloc nominated candidate shall be indicated in the information about registered independent candidates or candidates the party affiliation of who has not been indicated in ballot papers pursuant to Article 54 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
