Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on exclusion of “Space” Independent TV and Radio Company and “Turan” Information Agency from the composition of Press Group under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan and inclusion of Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company and Azeri-Press Information Agency

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.4, 74.5 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
1. “Space” Independent TV and Radio Company and “Turan” Information Agency shall be excluded from the composition of Press Group under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
2. Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Company and Azeri-Press Information Agency shall be included in Press Group under Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
