Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on indication
of the emblem of the relevant political party
bloc in spite of the emblem of the political party
bloc to which the candidate to be indicated in
the information about registered candidates to
deputy nominated by them in ballot papers belongs
if there are their applies to make agreed with
CEC in order to indicate their emblem in ballot
paper by political party blocs participating in
elections according to Article 51.3 of Election
Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Central Election Commission of
the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant
to Articles 19.4, 19.14, 28.4 and 51.3 of Election
Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles
3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement
of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
dated on May 27, 2003:
The emblem of the relevant political party bloc
shall be indicated in spite of the emblem of the
political party bloc to which the candidate to
be indicated in the information about registered
candidates to deputy nominated by them in ballot
papers belongs if there are their applies to make
agreed with CEC in order to indicate their emblem
in ballot paper by political party blocs participating
in elections.
