on the publication in time defined by law by making specifications within the boundaries of Narimanov second Con.EC # 20, Suraxani second Con.EC # 31, Suraxani third Con.EC # 32, Khatai first Con.EC # 33, Khatai fourth Con.EC # 36 and Nizami second (Ganja) Con.EC # 38 related to the utilization of new buildings in the relevant residences and excluding from dislocation because of the technical reasons

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
By making specifications within the boundaries Narimanov second Con.EC # 20, Suraxani second Con.EC 31, Suraxani third Con.EC # 32, Khatai first Con.EC # 33, Khatai fourth Con.EC # 36 and Nizami (Ganja) second Con.EC # 38 related to the utilization of new buildings in the relevant residences and excluding from dislocation because of the technical reasons shall be published in time defined by law.
