Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
Within the boundaries Azizbayov second Con.EC # 14, Narimanov first Con.EC 19, Khatai third Con.EC # 35, Nizami (Ganja) first Con.EC # 37, Nizami (Ganja)second Con.EC # 38, Kapaz (Ganja) second Con.EC # 40 related to the utilization new living buildings in the relevant places and excluding from the dislocation because of the technical reasons in the time defined by law shall be published.
