Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of tables on the results of distribution of free airtime allocated by “Television and Radio Programs” Joint Stock Company and Public Television and Radio Company during pre-election campaign in third call Elections to the Milli Majlis to be conducted on November 6, 2005

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles 19.4, 26.2.3, 28.4, 80.4 and 80.7 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:

Tables on the results of distribution of free airtime allocated by “Television and Radio Programs” Joint Stock Company and Public Television and Radio Company during pre-election campaign in third call Elections to the Milli Majlis to be conducted on November 6, 2005 shall be approved (the tables shall be attached to the decision).
