Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan
on the approval
of the suggestion by the Khankendi Con.EC # 122
and establishment 9 precincts within this constituency
Central Election Commission of the Republic of
Azerbaijan (CEC) decides pursuant to Articles
19.4, 19.14 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic
of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the
Law on the approval and enforcement of Election
Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May
27, 2003:
1. Suggestion of the Khankendi Con.EC # 122 shall
be adopted and established 9 precincts shall be
established within the constituency.
2. Ensuring the formation and activities of the
newly established precincts shall be charged to
the Khankendi Con.EC # 122
3. Financial supply of the activities of newly
formed precincts shall be settled.
