Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003:
Instruction on rules for allocating airtime in TV and radio broadcasts related to the conduct of pre-election campaign and for the publication of pre-election campaign materials in periodicals shall be approved.
