Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the publishing in the borders of some constituencies by making specifications in the time defined by law

Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan decides pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4 and 28.4 of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law dated on 27 May, 2003 on the approval and coming into force of the Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
By making specifications, borders of Binagadi first Con.EC # 8, Binagadi second Con.EC # 9, Binagadi third Con.EC # 10, Garadag Con.EC # 11, Garadag-Binagadi-Yasamal Con.EC #12, Yasamal first Con.EC # 15, Yasamal second Con.EC # 16, Yasamal third Con.EC # 17 and Sabail Con.EC # 29 shall be published in the time defined by law.
