on with legitimate settlement of the issue because of the necessity of re-arrangement of some precincts pursuant to requirements of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Ppursuant to Articles 35.1 – 35.3 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
As the number of voters included in the list attached to the decision related to the specification of voters lists exceeded the maximum limit of the norm implied by Article 35.3.1 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and necessity was formed to re-arrange these precincts pursuant to requirements of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the legitimate settlement of the issue shall be charged to constituencies that established relevant precincts.
