Pursuant to Articles 51.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
The emblem of “Azerbaijani Forces” political party bloc related to Elections to the Milli Majlis to be conducted on November 6, 2005 shall be approved.
