of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on commencing to function of Khankendi Constituency Election Commission # 122

Pursuant to Articles 29-30, 46-48, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Articles 3.5, 3.6, 4.1 and 4.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” dated on May 27, 2003 and in order to ensure commencing to function of Khankendi Constituency Election Commission # 122, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s:
1. The following persons shall be appointed members with decisive rights of Khankendi Constituency Election Commission # 122:
Nazim Nemat oghlu Valiyev
Vugar Giyas oghlu Ahmadov
Zahid Husu oghlu Alishov
Svetlana Grantovna Gorchuyeva
Naila Eldar gizi Guliyeva
Arif Eyyub oghlu Aliyev
Arzu Mammad oghlu Khudayarov

2. Khankendi Constituency Election Commission # 122 shall commence to function.

3. The Constituency Election Commission shall be assigned to give suggestion to CEC related to the center of the constituency in short time.
