Pursuant to Articles 40, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Persons appealing to the Central Election Commission shall be registered as observers to observe the elections pursuant to Article 40 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
