Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction on the participation of the persons having no citizenship but living constantly in Azerbaijan in the Election to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved.
