Decision
of the Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the registration of “Azerbayjanchi Guvvalar” (“Azerbaijani Forces”) bloc of political parties

Pursuant to Articles 50.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
1. “Azerbaijani Forces” bloc of political parties established by the Parties “Vahdat” and “Birlik” (“Unity”) shall be registered related to the Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted in November 6, 2005.
2. The emblem of this political party bloc shall not be approved as it does not meet the requirements of Article 51.3 of Election Code.
3. The bloc shall be recommended to submit its emblem to CEC again by making it compatible with requirements of Article 51.3 of Election Code.
