Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction “on the status of the members of the election commissions having consultative right” shall be approved.
