on the elimination of the last paragraph of the Instruction “on the rule for providing with voter cards” approved by Decision # 5/12 of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on March 29, 2005

Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
The last paragraph of the Instruction “on the rule for providing with voter cards” approved by Decision # 5/12 of Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on March 29, 2005 shall be eliminated.
