of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Instruction on rules for the preparation of the ballot papers, envelopes, protocols of the Con.ECs and PECs and their submission to the relevant election commissions in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 40-42, 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction “on rules for the preparation of the ballot papers, envelopes, protocols of the Con.ECs and PECs and their submission to the relevant election commissions in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be approved.
