of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the registration of “Yeni Siyaset” bloc of political parties established by the Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Azerbaijan Social-Democracy Party and Azerbaijan National Movement Party related to Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 50.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
“Yeni Siyaset” bloc of political parties established by the Azerbaijan National Independence Party, Azerbaijan Social-Democracy Party and Azerbaijan National Movement Party shall be registered related to Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted in November 6, 2005.
