of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the registration of “Islahat” bloc of political parties established by the Democratic Azerbaijan World Party, Azerbaijan Liberal Republican Party, Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party and Azerbaijan Republican Party in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to Articles 50.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
“Islahat” bloc of political parties established by the Democratic Azerbaijan World Party, Azerbaijan Liberal Republican Party, Azerbaijan Democratic Enlightenment Party and Azerbaijan Republican Party shall be registered in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan to be conducted in November 6, 2005.
