DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of the scheme of Constituency Election Commissions in composition of which partly amendments were made by the relevant decisions of CEC and its publication in the time defined by law

In accordance with the decision 10/28 of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on June 4, 2005 Shaki village second Con.EC # 115 was recently formed, in accordance with decision 12/34 dated on June 22, 2005 Yasamal third Con.EC # 17, Narimanov-Nizami Con.EC # 18, Nasimi second Con.EC # 22, Nasimi-Sabail Con.EC # 23, Sabunchu first Con.EC # 26 and Sabunchu second Con.EC # 27 were formed and by decision 13/37dated on June 4, 2005 Saatli-Sabirabad-Kurdamir Con.EC # 65 was formed again.
Pursuant to Articles 29, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)

The scheme of Constituency Election Commissions in composition of which partly amendments were made by the relevant decisions of CEC shall be approved and published in the time defined by law.
