DECISION
of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on considering out of force of Instruction on rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups, candidate nomination on citizens’ own initiative or by voters initiative group in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by Decision # 06/44 of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on June 23, 2004

Pursuant to Articles 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC) d e c i d e s:

Instruction on rules for the establishment of voters initiative groups, candidate nomination on citizens’ own initiative or by voters initiative group in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by Decision # 06/44 of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on June 23, 2004 shall be considered out of force.
