of Central Election Commission
of the Republic of Azerbaijan

on the approval of Instruction on the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated from state budget among the election commissions for the preparation and conduct of Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and for controlling on the usage of the mentioned allocations on the destination

Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 96.64, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction on the rules for the distribution of the funds allocated from state budget among the election commissions for the preparation and conduct of Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan and for controlling on the usage of the mentioned allocations on the destination shall be approved.
