on the approval of Instruction on rules for the opening special electoral accounts and conducting registration, rule of accounting, as well as, for entering allocations to the election fund and their spending by candidates, registered candidates, political parties and blocs of political parties in Elections to the Milli Majlis

Pursuant to Articles 25.3, 94.1, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003, Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)

Instruction on rules for the opening special electoral accounts and conducting registration, rule of accounting, as well as, for entering allocations to the election fund and their spending by candidates, registered candidates, political parties and blocs of political parties in Elections to the Milli Majlis shall be approved.
