Pursuant to Articles 44, 25.3, 19.4 and 28.4 of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Articles 3.5 and 3.6 of the Law on the approval and enforcement of Election Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on May 27, 2003,Central Election Commission of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CEC)
d e c i d e s:
Instruction on rules for activity of international (foreign) observers in Elections to the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be approved.
